We understand that life can be unpredictable and things don’t always go as planned. However, as a small business, every booking is important to us. While we always strive to accommodate our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our policies.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

Confirmation: You’ll receive an SMS 3 days before your appointment. Please reply with “Y” (Yes) or “N” (No). Changes or rescheduling must be made within 24 hours to avoid fees.

No Response: If you don’t reply, we may cancel your appointment.

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Full charge fees apply if you cancel the day of or don’t show up.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, all clients will receive a deposit SMS before their appointment. Deposits must be paid at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If your deposit has not been received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Any deposits paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation within our cancellation policy timeframe or failure to attend your appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us protect our team’s time and availability.

Damaged Goods

We will always do our best to ensure that your garments and personal belongings are well-protected while in our care. However, due to the nature of our work and the salon environment, accidents can occasionally happen.

Zailee Studio is not responsible for any damage to personal items that may occur during your service.

We recommend avoiding wearing valuable items, as well as white or high-neck/collared shirts and jumpers.
